Established in February 1991 and backed by the reputable DCM Group, DCM Financial Services Limited (DFSL) began its journey in auto-financing as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). The company later secured a Category-I Merchant Banking registration from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), expanding its portfolio to include equipment leasing, hire-purchase, inter-corporate deposits, and bill discounting.

DFSL is currently restructuring its operations, assets, and liabilities. Upon completion, the company will resume active business operations. This strategic realignment is designed to enhance operational efficiency and deliver greater value to our clients and stakeholders.
